InGenius and BeGenius from ELITech group- fully automated flexible PCR instruments now available at EMM Life Science
EMM Life Science can offer fully automated PCR instruments from import of worklist, pipetting from primary tube, extraction, PCR reaction, evaluation of results to automatic transfer to LIS from ELITech Group. The InGenius and BeGenius instruments perform a very high quality extraction that can be used for 16S sequencing, for example. ELITech group pioneered MGB probes so the PCR reagents contain this innovative, specific probe. Many of the PCR reagents can be run both qualitatively and quantitatively on most validated sample matrices. The PCR reagents can also be used on other PCR instruments.
Appreciated features for both InGenius and BeGenius:
- Controls can be run every 14 days
- Ability to save standard curve for 60 days
- Run single samples of e.g. pertussis, pneumocystis, HSV1/2, toxoplasma
